| Evaluate | Implements a short-circuited OR operator where each display rule, as they appear in the configuration, is evaluated for displayability. If any one of them is displayable, then true is returned. If the context is NULL, then TRUE is returned. |

| GetHashCode (inherited from Object) | Serves as a hash function for a particular type, suitable for use in hashing algorithms and data structures like a hash table. |

 Finalize (inherited from Object) | Allows an Object to attempt to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection. |
